The Founders Club is an established family of funds where VC backed and non-VC backed entrepreneurs agree to invest a percentage of their future equity returns into one of The Founders Club funds in return for fund ownership and membership in the club. Joining takes a minimal amount of time and the process is dead simple.

There is no cash cost to join. Members only contribute cash from proceeds at the time they sell or liquidate their equity position in their company. Each fund comprises 15 high potential venture backed portfolio companies, thereby affording any single entrepreneur a strategy to create wealth while accomplishing portfolio diversification. Portfolio companies are selected by committees comprised of Venture Advisors from premier venture capital firms in the US, Europe and Israel. Entrepreneurs accepted into the club on this basis have access to other members as well as the venture capitalists serving on our Venture Advisory committees. We align the interests of influential CEOs, founders, VCs, angels, family offices and fund of funds which results in bigger exits and a unique form of entrepreneurship.

We are a club. We organize an annual conference, periodic meetings, dinners, breakfasts, cocktail networking events, 1:1 meetings and web conferences. We access powerful global contact networks, start companies, recruit teams, raise cash and build great ventures.

We are currently accepting new members into different portfolios:

• Global Fund I (200+ VC backed companies in the same fund with personal commitments as low as 0.5% or 1%)
• Global Fund I (200+ angel backed & bootstrapped companies in the same fund with personal commitments as low as 0.5% or 1%)
• Separate Industry Vertical Funds (Mediatech, Cleantech, Enterprise Tech, Healthcare & Life Science, Mobility, Gaming, Cloud, Music, Advertising, Consumer Internet, etc. with personal commitments 1% to 10%)
• Healthcare & Life Science Fund I (biotech pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare IT & services. Will close at 15 companies. Currently signed 10.)

All applications, company information and participants are strictly confidential. Just like the VCs that invest in our portfolio companies we make a long term commitment to company building.

We organize frequent company showcase and demo days where club members present their companies to angel and venture capital investors.

Members seeking cash now may also sell equity in a direct secondary purchase of shares providing entrepreneurs or investors with immediate liquidity. Contact us to discuss selling equity for cash, using equity to become a Limited Partner in one of our funds or both. We are also keen to grow our database of angel and VC investors to participate in our company showcases and demo days.
