Our Investors

The Founders Club is backed by an international constellation of investors which fully funds our operations until we become profitable from our members’ exits. If you can add value to the club either nominating new members or helping existing members please get in touch and we can discuss you joining our reputable list of existing members and become part of the Club. When our members exit, 20% of these cash distributions is paid to our management company. 100% of that money is paid to our investors until they are made whole. Investors then continue to be paid their pro rata share of the 20% income from exits from all exchange funds we manage today and establish forever into the future.

Our Investors

Our current cash investors are primarily serial VC backed CEOs, CFOs and COOs as well as active VCs, fund of funds and family offices who invested out of their personal angel accounts rather than their funds.

Our primary investors include reputable members of the VC entrepreneurial community including Andrew Romans (founder / Georgetown Venture Partners), Andre Jaeggi (chairman / Adveq $4.5B fund of funds), Jon Moulton (Better Capital, Alchemy Partners, Apax), Edmund Truell (founder & Director Pension Corporation $8B Assets, founder & CEO Duke Street Capital, CEO Hambro European Ventures, chairman British Venture Capital Association), Chris Burke (MD RIM / BlackBerry, CTO Vodafone), Jack Tankersley, Ryan Pollock and Meritage partners (Meritage Funds $600M US VC) as well as numerous serial entrepreneurs and VCs in the USA, UK, France, Germany & Switzerland.

Many joined the club investing equity into our funds and then decided to also invest cash into our management company.
