Chris Coulter is a partner in the firm's London office and a member of the Technology Transactions Group and the Global Sourcing Group. Mr. Coulter has over fifteen years of experience as a commercial lawyer, with a particular focus on transactions involving technology and intellectual property.

He advises users and suppliers of technology and technology-enabled services on matters such as outsourcing and procurement, systems development and licensing. In addition, Mr. Coulter advises on digital rights exploitation, e-commerce and data protection/privacy, as well as the IP/IT aspects of M&A transactions and joint ventures.
