Next Founders Club Member Only Dinner – June 14, 2011 – London
We have 28 confirmed guests at our next member only dinner in private dining rooms of a very cool venue in Notting Hill. Members include fund of funds cash investors, other cash angel investors, VC advisors to the club and the CEOs and founders that have joined our funds with equity. One must already be a cash investor, VC advisor or signed entrepreneur to join – no exceptions!...accept Anil who is head of M&A at Google EMEA and two or three other folks that have helped the Club with substance;)

Technology & Cleantech Fund II Now Open
We have closed Technology & Cleantech Fund I and are now accepting applications for Technology & Cleantech Fund II. Members in fund I are all backed by premier VC firms in the US, Europe and Israel and on healthy paths to exit. With more VCs and angels supporting the club we expect Fund II to be even better.
Launch of Healthcare & Life Science Fund I

Launch of Founders Club Israel
We will announce shortly the formation of a new Israeli company – The Founders Club Israel. Our Israeli Managing Director will form an advisory board comprised of senior venture capitalists from the leading and most active VC investors in the country. We will then gain the support of the most active super angels and entrepreneurs by raising a financing round exclusively from Israeli / Israel related entrepreneurs active in the ecosystem. The support of these angel members in the club will make our network more relevant to tomorrow’s CEOs and entrepreneurs, while bridging these companies and investors to our global network. Founders Club Team
The Founders Club is an established family of funds where VC backed entrepreneurs agree to invest a percentage of their future equity returns into one of The Founders Club funds in return for fund ownership and membership in the club. There is no cash cost to join. Members only contribute cash from proceeds at the time they sell or liquidate their equity position in their company. Each fund comprises 20 high potential venture backed portfolio companies, thereby affording any single entrepreneur a strategy to create wealth while accomplishing portfolio diversification. Portfolio companies are selected by committees comprised of VC advisors from premier venture capital firms in the US, Europe and Israel. Entrepreneurs accepted into the club on this basis have access to other members as well as the venture capitalists serving on our Venture Advisory committees.
The Founders Club is currently accepting new members into two portfolios: Technology & Cleantech Fund II (classic ITC, mediatech & environmentally friendly technology) and Healthcare & Life Science Fund I (biotech pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare IT & services).
