Golf for Geeks

Join a small group of fellow entrepreneurs, angel investors and VC's at "Golf for Geeks”. This is networking with a purpose. Learn golf fast from a touring pro, get on the course and hit a few, and join fellow tech folks at dinner. We meet on a designated afternoon at San Jose Country Club. John Colyar who plays on the Nationwide and Canadian tours takes us through our paces on the range and then its off to the course for 6-9 holes before libations and dinner. This is Valley networking as its meant to be. We typically assemble 15 participants breaking into 3 groups of advanced, intermediate and beginner and assemble for drinks and dinner. First time golfers welcome!

Skiing for Geeks

The Founders Club organizes an annual retreat for members and open up Skiing for Geeks to the ecosystem of VC backed CEOs & founders, accomplished entrepreneurs backed by reputable angel investors, active angels, VC’s, tech investment bankers, transactional lawyers and other important members of the ecosystem. We begin with a member only dinner Thursday night, closed door meetings on Friday and inclusive dinners with the entire ecosystem on Friday and Saturday. We check into the same hotel and hit the slopes. This is a great annual ski & snowboarding trip for entrepreneurs and investors to mix while enabling members of our club to collaborate and take advantage of our mutual ownership structure to focus on all kinds of unique company challenges.
